Here is a product review and I can say the reviewer is spot on. The way I take care of my car's paint now-a-days is to give it a synthetic wax 2x a year (spring and winter) then I use the Reload product every 3-4 car wash. I would dilute the solution for easier application and make sure to apply it on a shade.

I just applied it a few hours ago then it rained and you can see how crazy the water beads. If you will use it another tip for you is that you don't need to have your car completely dry. Mild damp is actually better as it helps spread the liquid better. Just don't apply it on soaking panels as you will just waste the product. Have at least 3 microfiber rags with you, 1 for application (will get wet), 1 for initial buffing (partially wet) and 1 for final buffing when you completely wiped down your vehicle.

i had gtechiq crystal serum topped with exo4 on my g550 applied 5 years ago and its still rocking strong. it was professionally done with 3 step polish and was in the $3,000 range.
we had a black range rover sport that came off the boat and direct to the detail shop for polish and modesta coating done. was not happy with the performance of the modesta at all. another $3,000
so i decided to try it on my own and not spend that much.
i did carpro cquartz sic on a tahoe that i had for 6 months and it did pretty well and was easy to apply, but didnt have the car long enough to see how it lasted.
and i kamakazi ism coat on a jeep cherokee and it really performs well. easy to apply as well.
with the GLE coming in, ill either do the gtechniq again or pay a bit more for the kamakazi zipang coat. if i ever get the car

No CeramicPro, but I had Feynlab applied a few months ago. I'm impressed with the shine and slickness, but I'm disappointed to find embedded rust already. I had hoped ceramic would offer more protection against rust. I've used film to protect my last four vehicles, so this is kind of an experiment for me. It's too early to say it was a good investment, but I do appreciate the appearance enhancements.

I had my car ceramic coated with Avalon King a year a go by a local detail shop. I use the tunnel wash and on occasion even the local group of kids with buckets of suds and dirty sponges in front of the fire station doing a fundraiser. The paint still looks like new and sheds water as well as it did when the ceramic coating was applied. Check out a YouTube channel called Pan The Organizer if you want to learn about ceramic coatings and other car care options.

my cars with coatings are white so i can see any iron deposits pretty well. but i use this to help remove them. safe on the coating but will melt those away.

This isn't unusual, it seems, as they get more products and Product Launches under their belts. Must be addictive.
Another is Engineering Explained.

I haven't watched a lot of his recent stuff, been busy with other things. I have seen a trend of reliable sources for information become infected with sponsoritis. Guess you can't blame them...everyone needs to make a buck.

Has anyone used MB “Simonize” ceramic coating?
I was curious to see if anyone has opinions or reviews on what MB offers for interior and exterior protection. On a new car they tell me the ceramic coating and interior coatings are protected for the life of the car. I am suspicious about that quality of the ceramic coating they use.
please let me know your thoughts.

They only use whatever is cheap. You will not know what exactly it is. Don't get it from the dealer. Do it yourself or a proper detailer who installs the coatings. It will be cheaper in the end. Nothing last forever. Most of the coatings will only last 1 year and you need to do toppings on top of it to maintain it.
My dealer clayed the car first and then did a nice job of application. Next week the car will be one year old, and I'm pleased to report that it sheds water and has the deep gloss it had when I picked it up.
It's the first time I've had a black car that still looked new after a year. I've done a few commercial car washes, but I usually wash it myself. I'm careful about my products, and picky about my microfiber towels.
Other other than that, I've abused the finish more than any car I've had. So I am very pleased with the dealer product and application.

I too went with gtechiq crystal serum. The outfit that did my white 2020 GLE450, first cleaned it, then did a "color correction" (light sanding to remove orange peel) and then did the coating. After 2 years the car looks great and sheds water as if new. I paid a lot less than what others have quoted here. BTW the car is now parked outside and has not seen the inside of a garage in over a year.
