good mercedes service centre around london
my new gle350d has an issue where the brake pedal makes a squeaking sound. I know the booster or master cylinder is at fault. However they have had my vehicle since the 9th march first attempt they greased the pedal assembly claiming issue was resolved, this was not the case, second visit they replaced the pedal assembly and again this has not resolved the issue.
the service here has been pathetic and from the reviews of this branch seems like mercedes need to take serious action of this branch.
can anyone recommend a better repair centre for this warranty issue around london?
i had a slight update after emailing the ceo of mercedes i received a call from the branch manager and was provided with a courtesy vehicle today.
My vehicle is fitted with a onboard dash cam and from the footage it was clearly visible that no work had been carried out to my vehicle although they somehow managed to charge the warranty department for a replacement brake pedal assembly.
i get no updates from them, told lies poor service

surprisingly mercedes cannot solve it and try pathetic repairs of which i can guarantee if an independent garage did they would have void the warranty
it was to my surprise that my emails to the ceo pushed for me getting a courtesy vehicle otherwise they did not want to facilitate this.
keep me posted mate let me know how it goes for you. How long has this been going on for?
ive looked at reviews for mercedes colindale and theirs are also poor. I guess they have dropped their customer standards. Most customers probably do not have the energy for complaints hence why they abuse this.

Please note that they will ask you to go to motor ombudsman. Raise a case motor ombudsman to get a reference and email. If your complaint is about servicing the car they will reply stating that they do not cover it against Mercedes. That is because Mercedes has signed up with motor ombudsman only for the sale of new cars. Call motor ombudsman as soon as you raise the complaint via their online form. Once you get the email stating they will not cover you call citizen advice and ask for help. They will ask you to send up to three letters and warn you will get them to court. Make sure you have full evidence of emails , phone calls and all interactions with Mercedes. I am assuming you already have a live complaint case with Mercedes. If not start one asap as without a complaint you can not progress the case. You need to have final refusal on your complaint before progressing with motor ombudsman and citizen advice. Good luck and do reply if you need further advise.
