Mercedes me app not updating?

My app is not updating. Hasn’t for a couple of months. What do I need to do to get it connected again? Thanks in advance.

Try to logout of the app and then login again. Often this clears whatever it's stuck on. You should also force kill the app and restart it fresh. But if it doesn't, then the issue maybe with the car. There've been a few cases of the HERMES module or something related in the car failing.

thanks for the suggestion. Sadly no affect. Still stuck on June data. Guess I need to drop by the dealership to see if they can troubleshoot it.

funny, though, tried to ‘message’ through the app and when I hit submit it took me to a German error message about the page I was trying to go to was not available. Sigh.

Sounds like they still haven't fixed this. I was never able to submit a support issue from the app itself. Either used the chat feature on MBUSA, submitted an issue via the website or called them. Eventually my issues in the past all got resolved.

After screwing around with Mercedes via email for two months (their "engineers" were "trying things"), they finally had me in to the dealer to replace the Hermes module which fixed the issue.

Was this the first time you contacted the Dealer over this issue? Did they have trouble diagnosing?

I screwed around with Mercedes online, and then they referred me to the dealer. The dealer got it fixed, took 3 days.
