Yes, the Ventilated Seats is worth it. Here is what I discovered. Wearing heavy trousers and top such as jeans, you will not realize the full benefits of vented seats. However, wearing summer clothes, especially shorts, you will be pleased. The one benefit I discovered is when wearing a suit or tux in the summer, and seated in a car for an extended period, the heat from your body with the seat tends to press the pants where you can see that dreadful shine. Not so much if you use the vented seat. There are many summer days where it’s cool enough when you don’t want to use the air conditioner. That’s when I use the vented seats. You won’t regret it when summer comes.

For my jacket to remain fresh and without wrinkles , I use these coat hanger.

I like the ventilated seats. for me, it's effective. And unlike some other brands, it doesn't sound like a Hoover in the backseat.

I found this video a couple of years ago. It's a YouTuber dismantling and S-Class seat. I think it's a 2017 car.
It looks very much like my massage seat feels, if that makes any sense.
The first part is the usual YouTube nonsense, but if you start at 5:00 it's pretty interesting.
