Hi, I am new to this forum despite being a long standing Merc owner.
I purchased a new GLE Coupe 400D Premium Plus in August 2022. I have discovered it has several missing standard features which the dealer did NOT make me aware of. I have issued proceedings at Court against them for the cost of having these installed by a Mercedes approved independent specialist. During the preparation of the Claim I managed to get hold of the full OASIS report for my vehicle from another dealership. I compared it with the OASIS report the dealer gave me from whom I purchased the vehicle. I can seen they deliberately deleted several rows which would highlighted to me that standard features were missing. . They have offered me 40% of what it will costs to have these installed, which I have rejected, so it seems we are on the way to court. They are required to disclose this information under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
My question is does any one know what "DC9 Omission Code" means please?
I have already discovered that "D5R Description for S-D5R is missing" means that Wireless charging and Energiser packageare not installed.
