AMG 53 maintenance vs GLE 450
Hello
Can anyone comment on prepaid service and or pay as you go service for the AMG 53 and or the GLE 450, in my opinion very similar engines except the AMG is more tuned for performance. A dealer quoted me $2700 for two years of prepaid maintenance for the AMG 53 which I feel is too high. I’ve had prepaid maintenance on my GLE 350 and through a leasing program was a few extra bucks a month. I’ve also done pay as you go on previous vehicles and friends have also paid for service and usually service A is around $300-400 and B is $400 and more depending what you get eg. brake flush etc. I called another dealership and was advised that two years prepaid was 1300 and three years was 1800 that was a big difference so shop around. Thank you for your input and drive safe.

Only on certain services, like differential fluids.
You still have to do the math, regarding the services that will be needed during your specific ownership period.
A Forum doesn't know your start mileage, driving habits (towing, tracking) how long you expect to keep your car, and whether the warranty is important to you.
