Like this one. I don't have it. The last option for me is 'gas station search'

I think it was removed in the v167.

I have it on the S560 which seems to have a rather rapid sitting battery drain. I do not have it on my wife’s new GLE 350.

You'll need to turn the car off first, then without pushing the brake pedal, push the start button twice (engine should not start, but all warning lights should turn on), and that option should be enabled.

I don't see that in my (US) 2020 GLE, but I do see that option in the few dealer loaner GLC (2020, 2022) that I drove.

Do those GLCs have the 48v system? I'm wondering if standby was removed when they added the mild hybrid to our GLEs and didn't see a need for it anymore.

Not on the loaner cars I got. But I would also not be surprise if dealer "configure" the car to enable the function.
The loaners I got has some weird configuration in the infotainment system. One example is the map is disabled in the unit, but the option still show up in the cluster (so it is half disabled?)

I don't think 2022 and 2020 GLCs have mild hybrid hybrid. 2023 model has it .

Mine's 2021 GLE350, just tried this last night and it works:

Car is off, ignition OFF. Press Start/Stop button once (ACC), button still disabled and grayed out, along with "Function only available when ignition switched on and engine off":

Press Start/Stop button again with foot off the brake to ON position, and the button is no longer grayed out:

And if you move the cursor to it, it tells you how long you can leave it (18 weeks on mine):

Pardon the dusty screen.

Thanks for your screenshots and instruction.
I just tried it again on my car, and still didn't see that option available.
I guess it might be not available on 450 due to the mild hybrid system?

The new 2023 GLC has the 48v hybrid system and they have standby mode. I am not sure why my 2023 GLE 450 doesn't have it . Could it be a defect ?

Standby Mode doesn't exist on my '21 450's Vehicle menu either.

I wonder with the refresh MY24 if the v167s added this feature back. All MY24s have mild hybrid including the 350s.

It is a good to have feature so not sure why it was not included in some vehicles, even with 48V system, there is still a 12V battery and when it is low there could be low voltage issues. Actually, even full electric MB models have a 12V battery (although they can use the high voltage battery to charge the 12V battery if it gets low).
