Engine revs / transmission doesn’t engage new GLE450
Several weird problems are randomly occurring. No errors code are found by dealer.
so far:
- car engine randomly stalls when driving
- engine revs freely but transmission won’t engage for several seconds when trying to pass a car at 70 mph
- when I shift into park and step on accelerator the engine revs but transmission doesn’t engage for a few seconds
my vin not yet on new fuel pump recall
seems like combo of lack of fuel and some communication error between throttle and transmission. It’s not safe to drive since I do t know when this will occur.
vehicle has 6000 miles on it so only a few months old
so far:
