I believe that fairly recently the Hey Mercedes vocal recognition system was updated/upgraded. Since the update, which was several months ago, when I say “ hey Mercedes tell me a joke “ it doesn’t recognize my command. It will show me several names in my phone book, saying this is what I’ve found. I believe that it is getting confused with the word “tell” and the word “call “. My diction is quite clear and I do not speak too slowly or too quickly. I feel that the system was better before the update. I do realize that this is somewhat insignificant, however, It would be logical to believe that perhaps this would translate into its not understanding something of more importance. I would appreciate any feedback from other forum members if they are experiencing poorer voice recognition issues. Thanks

Did you opt for the ChatGPT beta program?
I did and it immediately unlearned everything, so I opted out again.

I'm having trouble with all my autocorrect's. I suspect everybody is trying out this AI stuff on us.

Yes I am currently using the ChatGPT, how do I opt out and get back to what I had? I have not yet realized any enhancement in ChatGPT, only diminished capabilities.

There should be an option to opt out in the Mercedes Me app.
