2023 GLE - vibration in the seat

Hello,
I've had the car for about 2 month and I like most of it. One thing I don't like is the constant vibration that I feel in my seat (it's been there from the beginning). As soon as I pass 50km/h it gets my attention but it is there even before. It get's a little worse around 100km/h and really bad on concrete pavements (that are on some highways). It is really annoying on long trips.
It is my first GLE but I dont think this is normal. I've had several new cars (all suvs) in the past but I never experienced something like this. Any thoughts?

No, not normal. Could just be a bracket loose. Check it yourself or take to dealer.

Agree— you should feel no vibrations. My GLE is as smooth and quiet at 80 MPH as it is it at 30 MPH. Something is wrong with your vehicle.

In My experience, Vibration in the seat is a rear tire/ wheel issue and in the steering wheel it is the front tire/wheel. 1st solution is the easiest so rebalance the rear tires and see if that works.

I would get my tires balanced before going to the dealer.

It's part of troubleshooting, and without it, it's likely that you'll be wasting your trip.

If you're cautious about wasting money, then performing the first troubleshooting step yourself would save money and possibly time, especially if the tire balance fixes your problem.

Diagnostics cost time, and money if there's no warranty claim.

I'd be concerned if you took it to the dealer, they balance the tires, and say "Here we've balanced the tires. Let us know if it doesn't fix the problem" and you have to go back.
Just a thought.

Edit: Mercedes shops are required to have Hunter 9,000 Road Force balancers, so they are reliable in that regard.
If you get a balance elsewhere, make sure they do a Road Force balance.
