Where does the SD card for dash cam go? 2024 GLE450e
#26
Now I have one unrelated issue I cannot figure out on the dashcam. US vehicle but when I playback the dashcam footage, the metadata displayed at the bottom of the screen shows car speed in km/h. I cannot find a setting to change this. Anyone else noticed?

Mine displays MPH. The only KMH/MPH setting I know of changes the dash display. Lots of buried menus in the car, some work with the engine on and some work with the engine off. Mercedes documentation is pretty poor.

Couple of other things I noticed is when using "loop recording" the camera makes a new file every 2 minutes. When storage full it will record over oldest 2 minute recording. With "individual recordings" you have to start recording manually and stops "end recording" when memory is full (assume this would be one long continuous video each time - will try today. Have a 1T card so don't know how much time it will hold.). Remember to "eject" the usb device so video is stored on the usb drive. Not many settings and not any selective settings like an after market dash cam for sure.
