List of Models with the Sport/Coupe Body Style?
Hello everyone,
The maddening MB naming formula strikes again, and I find myself having a difficult time compiling a comprehensive list of SUVs with the Sport/Coupe body style shown in the attached img.
I have a few runs noted, but am sure there are many more I am missing, so I wanted to turn to you experts here for insight. These are what I have so far:
GLE 450: 2016
GLE 43/63 AMG: 2019? - Current
GLC 300: 2021 - Current
My lists may have incorrect dates, and Im sure there are versions not listed at all. Personally I love the style of the car (very similar to X4/X6) but would like to be able to weigh all of the options to come to the right choice.
Thank you in advance for any additions

Yes, but unfortunately the "Coupe" tag is what many sites like Autotrader use to distinguish between this and the more standard "square" body style of the same model number.
For example, there are GLE 63 AMG with this body and the Square/Boxy Rear in the same year model which makes it time consuming to sort through. Sites seem to have taken to listing this as the "Coupe" to designate the difference

The GLE and GLC are both available in two styles, called "SUV" and "Coupe" by Mercedes. So in terms of what you're looking for there is the GLE Coupe and GLC Coupe.
There are numerous options in terms of engines, but generally speaking these are the two models that are SUVs but have the "coupe" body style.
