Radar / Seatbelt Issue
Hello All, I noticed that on my new GLE63 the radar seems to be now linked with my seatbelt? If my seatbelt is off, I get this warning icon on my dash. I didn't have this in my 2020 GLE450, so just wondering when this change was implemented. I just had RJ automotive do some programming work for me, we did the intelligent lights, Individual driving mode on default and the seatbelt delete but I now still have this warning light if my seatbelt isn't worn. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

That is telling you that the active braking function is not fully functional. Maybe it won't perform maximum emergency braking with seatbelts off.

Thank you! I've looked in the manual and I don't even see that icon and I know for sure I didn't have this on my 2020 450

2019 C300 Cabriolet, 2022 AMG GLE 53
RJ coded my car to disable the seat belt warning tones. If I unclip my driver belt while the car is in gear I get the same yellow icon but no tones. 2022 GLE53.

It's tied to the sensors I believe. When I'm backing into my garage and the sensors are going off that's when I usually see it.

Exactly my experience. The weird thing is that I had RJ do the same seatbelt tone delete on my 450 and never saw that icon ever. Guess it's something Merc added since 2020.
