EPA/Carb Certification Causing GLE 53 AMG Coupe Delay, What Is That?
So I have my GLE 53 AMG Coupe on build and I just got an update today. Apparently the "EPA/Carb Certification" were on hold and now they are working on it. Has anyone heard of this before? I have not and I am starting to think my dealership is giving me the runaround to the point where I am almost ready to demand my deposit back and either switch dealerships or switch to Porsche.
A bit of backstory, delivery was supposed to be October 17th, then the 18th, now this with no ETA. Also, I had the red interior on my build, then about a week or one and a half weeks before the 18th the red was removed and black was added. I was told the red is no longer available due to supply issues and then I was told that the red had been delayed and may be removed as an option for 2024. I am not sure what to believe anymore.

Go in to the Dealership and have them print out the build data to force their hand. Some form of BS likely…sold your car, factory delay…the truth is out there.

What is the "build data" called? I told my guy to send me the build dada and he keeps sending me the build sheet and the then he sent me the original build sheet with the date I guess they submitted it which was July 31st.
I am really feeling like I am getting the runaround.
