It used to be a separate line item, like in 2022 at least, that is how I got mine. Love them for long trips. Since they added those trim levels, they likely shifted options to entice you to pick Pinnacle or other trim levels to get what you really wanted in the first place. Marketing.

On one hand, a smaller, standardized options list should improve availability.
On the other hand it forces me to take option that I do not want such as the fragrance thingy, which eats up glove box space.
FWIW, I took the options that I specified on my '21, and compared them to the new Pinnacle package. There was about $100 savings through the package. The package included more stuff at a lower price.
I suppose that's true of any package, for any manufacturer, though.
