2024 AMG GLE COUPE VS TRUCK
Hello
was looking at either getting the AMG 53 GLE Coupe or Truck what are the opinions of getting one over the other. I’m leaning towards the full size truck version but there seem to be more Coupes in stock also seems dealership willing to negotiate on pricing or they ain’t stuck on msrp anymore.

It's a preference thing. The SUV obviously is roomier both cargo and rear seating area and you can option it with a 3rd row if needed. It will depend on your needs.

Coupe rear roofline is lower which means less headroom for rear seat passengers. Coupe rear luggage space is noticeably less than the SUV.
This is true for MB, BMW and Porsche GLE, X5/X6 and Cayenne models. Throw the GLC and X3/X4 into the mix as well; the comparisons between coupe and SUV are directionally the same.

Coupe is a style/appearance thing. SUV is practicality/utility thing.

There's a significant size difference in the GLE.
The GLE Coupe is smaller and lighter than the SUV. 115.6" vs 117.9" wheelbase. The overall height is 67.6' vs. 70.2. About 450 lbs lighter.
The others you mentioned are styling choices.
If I had fit in the Coupe it would have been a contender, for the performance advantages.
That 2 1/2" less front headroom was a head basher for me.

While the dimensions of the GLE Coupe are smaller, I am not so sure it is lighter. My understanding is that a GLE 53 Coupe is around 5100 lbs (curb weight) and a GLE 53 SUV is slight less at around 5000 lbs (curb weight).
