SRS reset needed due to primary battery change

All all,
Long time since I've been in here. Recently picked up a '20 GLE 350 which has been thus far a decent car. Some rattle need to be found, but overall a comfy car. I did a battery change on it a couple of days ago and now have a "Front Left Malfunction Service Required" SRS warning which I imagine is due to me unplugging the seat with the battery still connected. I bought an Autel MaxiCheck Pro device to clear it as they claimed to be good with MB, but seems it's only good for pre-2016 SRS activity. Searching for model-specific options, I'm not finding, well, really anything. Maybe I'm searching wrong?
Any advice or experience you have I'd love to hear.
Thank you

Sounds more like you missed a connector or one isn't seated securely. If not, have you tried disconnecting the battery negative and letting it sit for 10 or 20 minutes, then reconnecting the battery?

Thanks for replying, I’ve check all connections and they look fine. I’ve not tried to disconnect for any length of time… I’m old, thoughts of seat, radio, and profile memories being wiped…. Is that dumb of me to think that?
I’m also a little bit used to. Perhaps, older systems, such as my R171, where a faulty seatbelt sensor led to an intermittent SRS light. It needed to be reset, and would be good until the faulty harness made it blip again. Replacing it didn’t fix the light until it was reset again and it’s been good for five years now. But a reset was always needed, so I’d assume the V167 would work similarly.

Did you ever find the fix for this? Running into the same issue. I disconnected the negative terminal only, because I had already reinstalled the seat and trim work. Still staying on after this. My only guess is to swing by a repair shop to see if they can reset it
