I do have run-flats and a donut spare, my service writer was surprised I had any spare. I unfortunately know the cost of a new Bridgestone Azura due to a nail puncture last week.
Run Flats are spec’d with the 3rd row option, no spare. No RF with all others and they come with a spare and jack. Early Preconfigured builds had exceptions and there could be others since there have been ongoing component issues. Mine came with a mini spare and jack....no RF’s.
Your dealer would have the latest DOG that outlines the “up to date configuration” for your order.

To clarify, if you get the 3rd row option you get run flats with the 19" & 20" sizes, but you get a TireFit kit with the 21s.
This reminds me of one time I rented a car and had a flat.
Where the jack was supposed to be, someone left behind a photo of Jack from the Titanic instead.

I just purchased a used 2023 GLE450 from our Salem dealership. Looking at the spare tire, I don't see a scissor jack. Seems that I saw a photo of your spare tire compartment and didn't see a jack that would seem to fit in the cutout in the foam. The literature is vague, but it appears that it is intentional not to include a jack as it may be too dangerous. Any comments?

The jack sets under the tire. It is visible in post #6 photo near the bottom. The cutout visible at the very rear is for a European warning triangle.

you can buy the jack kit from the dealership. About $ 180 bucks. My 2020 didn't come with one either. I just bought the Kit. You can order it in parts, and it comes with everything you need with its own bag.
