Upgrade wipers to sprinkler

Hi

is it possible to upgrade the traditional wipers to wipers with sprinklers system on GLE 53 AMG 2021 model?

It's called magic vision and from my experience and others here who have tried, no one has been successful in getting a dealer to sell the parts and install it.
