Is there any reason to have the brakes on a 2021 GLE 450 done at a Mercedes dealership vs a non-dealership shop?
Thank you

Brake jobs at dealerships are typically quite expensive vs. independent shops. I second the recommendation to use a shop that knows Mercedes. Stay clear of "generic" shops like Midas, Pep Boys, Firestone, etc.
Are you a stickler for genuine Mercedes parts? If so, even an independent shop can get genuine parts. If you are OK with aftermarket parts, maybe ask the independent shop which brake part brands they use. Some aftermarket parts are better than others.

Thanks!!
I remember several years ago with my 2017 ML350, the Mercedes dealership told me that if they did not install the brakes, the brakes would be noisy and various sensors would be installed wrong
