Can't login in to Mercedes Me Portal via Download Manager

Can't login in to Mercedes Me Portal via Download Manager

Seems like I fixed some previous syncing issues. Now I'm trying to updates the maps in our 2020. Looks like I have to do it manually as there is no option for OTA. Plus we need US and Canada. However when I go to Download Manager and select login, the following screen shows up. I'm in Canada so naturally its redirecting me to the Canadian site. Its weird because I had no issue login into the portal before. This Mercedes Me

setup has been such a pain since we got the car.

I had the same issue with my GLS you are having, trying to download the entire US maps. I stumbled on an email I received from MB in May notifying of the availability of a map update, which contained a link that took me directly to the download page. This was after corresponding with a customer service rep who upgraded my issue to an alleged higher technical level, from whom I never received a response.
