GLE 450 winter wheels

Hello! 2024 Gle 450 4matic hybrid. The car currently has 19" Oem rims. Front 8.5x19" Et55, Rear 8.5x19" Et 42. They recommended aftermarket rims, which are all four 8x19" Et48. The winter tires are also the factory 275/55R19" size. Are these rims good for my car?

I cant confirm the fitment regarding the tire size & offset referenced, I recommend that you skip the aftermarket setup for another option. Look locally for an OEM set of 20s-22s to run as your three season and purchase a set of winter tires for your current 19in setup.

I found a set of 20 inch take offs w/ tpms for a great price a little while back, considering the 167 has been around for a few years I would expect there to be some more nicely discounted used options available online and locally.

I did the same. I run summers on my 22s and got brand new 167 AMG 20" takeoffs for $1100, had to buy TPMS and my winter tires.

Thanks, but I don't want a bigger wheel. I want to stay with the 19". I just don't know what offset would be good?

Those wheels will fit. The fronts will poke just a bit more than stock, but the rears will be tucked 1/2" more than stock. The tires will bulge a hair more on the narrower wheels, so even though the rear wheel itself will remain the same distance from the suspension, the tire sidewall will theoretically be a bit closer. It's such a small amount I can't imagine you'd have any issues. You can always add 10 or 12.5 mm spacers to the rear. You could also switch all four tires to 245/60/19 if you can find some with the correct load ratings. 245/60's will eliminate the sidewall bulge with virtually no impact on speedo/odo. I rarely go narrower myself, but many people prefer going skinny for their winter setup in the interest of cost/weight savings and improved traction in deep snow.
