Electric / Hybrid Newbie
Some general questions I've picked up along the way in the first month of owning my 25 450E.
1) Once you start the car and its in electric is there some sort of warm up period or can you safely hit the start button and throw it in D and go?
2) Is there a reason why some people have the home charging program set to less then 100%? Im guessing this is a battery life type thing and if not, not sure why you wouldn't want to charge to 100% every time
3) Using the Webasto charger that comes with the truck on a 220/240 plug when charging for a while like on the few occasions Ive had to charge from zero or close to it. The charge will slow down and the amber light will begin to flash. I did notice the unit and wire do get pretty hot during these long charges. Is this normal or am I doing something incorrectly?

2. This is to prolong the battery lifespan, apparently the batteries are healthier if kept at a certain maximum charge.
