Today, I went to unlock my GLE through the app and noticed that it said "Not Available" under the icon on the main screen. Going into the full menu, Vehicle status is showing "Unavailable" and then drilling down to the info shows lock status with a "-" and drilling down further it shows "Door status unavailable". Remote start, making the lights flash or the horn honk all work fine. It just seems to be an issue with unlock/lock
I was trying to figure out why. I started the car, turned it off, restarted it. Restarted my phone, un-installed the app and re-installed and nothing worked. I then thought:
"let me check if there was an app update recently" because app updates have caused issues in the past and sure enough the app was updated to 3.58.0 yesterday.
I went and tried on my Android phone (that app hasn't been updated recently running version 3.57.0), and sure enough, I was able to remote lock/unlock just fine so it seems to be an issue only after updating the ios app to 3.58.0. So it appears the latest iOS update has broken it.

It is back for me as well. Funny how they break something about every third rev.. last time they removed trip data and it took them a few days to restore.
