Replace front sway bar for suspension noise

Replace front sway bar for suspension noise
I dropped the car (2023 GLE 63s) in the dealer for some suspension noise, which happens on speed bump or steering wheel left and right very fast. I thought it is going to be a easy fix, like other rattling noises I also mentioned. But it turned out to be quite massive. The car has been with dealer for almost 20 days now, mostly sitting in the parking lot waiting for the part.
So far it has replaced front left and right sway bar links, noise still exists, then replaced front left strut, noise still exists. Now the dealer says it needs to replace front sway bar.
I am curious a few things. Is replacing active sway bar a big job? the sway bar link seems to be an easy job, the strut is medium.
Assuming this is the cause, would there be any other parts i should be concerned?
