How do you check the coolant level? My coolant reservoir is translucent and doesn't appear to have the same level indication as shown in the manual. In the photos, the engine is warm, but not hot. No min and max level indicators on the reservoir.
Level doesn't appear to change between a hot engine and a cold engine. I got a Cooling System Malfunction Performance Limited message a couple of days ago. Shut down the car and restarted. Warning hasn't come back. Thought maybe my coolant was a little low. Maybe it was just a glitch. Coolant temp appears to be normal at all speeds.
A few years ago I took a small stone in through the front grill and it put a hole in the low temperature circuit radiator, which is a smaller unit in the front of the engine closer to the passenger side. I got a similar warning message on my Dash but the main engine radiator was not affected so I didn't notice any significant change on the dash with regards to operating temperature while I drove it home. A few years ago that radiator was $364 plus labor. Check the cooling fins on that small unit if you can even see them through the grill and make sure you didn't take a stone or something through one of the fins that could be causing a leak. I'm sure that's not the only possible cause of the error message you are seeing but at least it's someplace to start.

I will look. I haven’t seen any evidence of fluid on my garage floor. It has also been suggested that if the 48v battery is a little low, it might cause this warning due to a reduce cooling pump flow. My GLE had not been driven for a couple of weeks when this occurred.

The only code was U112081. This appears to be some sort of network error. Check Engine light never illuminated. The only thing I could find online was this:
