Steering Wheel in AMG63 vs Performance Steering Wheel

Can any one share a photo of the difference between these two? I opted for the amg performance steering wheel in my gle63 which was an extra $625. Plus another $250 to add heating.

Any idea what this entails vs the non? I added it so no regrets later

I went for it. For 5 reasons:
1. I like that it is alcantera
2. It has AMG written on the bottom of the wheel
3. I will always wonder "what if" in the future
4 It is heated
5. Most important, I really like the TDC line on the top.

Ok. As long as you like it and think it's worth the money. Heated steering wheel is good. I have that.

Would be a cool edition but pricey. I would love to have it if I was given it for free; installed.

I thought AMG steering is standard for 63 series. Can't find mouse.com as option except heated.

Hey Ybaba.

You DO get an AMG wheel in the GLE63...

But here are some things to consider if getting the GLE63 (not the GLE63s)

> If you add the heated or wood-heated steering wheel, you get a full circle, non-AMG wheel with flat bottom.
> To get it heated and AMG version, you must add the "performance" steering wheel option, + the option for a heated steering wheel.

Sit with a dealer to see all the options in the system (they are different than the site for SURE).
