Does the 2016 GLE has hooks for luggage in the cargo space?
I can' t find this info, these hooks are very useful though.

If you are referring to like cargo area tie down hooks/rings, then yes, they are there. One is somewhat hidden behind the net on the right side where the 1st aid kit is.
