Do you guys know if this feature is in all Gle models? I thought I read that it was but I can't seem to find it. Thx.

2016 GLE350 4Matic
I remember reading on motortrend that this was going to be available on all GLE models. I love the car but I really wish I did more research prior to purchasing. It's my first MB so I figured with a price tag of 60k+ it would have all of these things ! Its not a big deal but I totally missed out on the lighting package as well.
Another thing the remote start! Without Mbrace I don't think you can remote start the car. It comes in handy on especially hot days here in socal.

It did not receive better scores on the 350 hence it is not included on that model. It was not on the ML350 Blutec but it is on the 250/300d.

I love the eco stop-start as my daily commute has quite a few long lights and its nice to have the vehicle shut off. If the air conditioning is running it sometimes won't shut off but if I hit the A/C button to turn it off then the engine shuts down. When the light turns green and I pull away I just touch the Auto climate control button which restarts the A/C. Getting GREAT fuel economy (current tank just about to hit 1,000 km and the low fuel light came on this morning). I've seen a few days where my commute to work has shown 6.5 l/100 km (36 mpg) after 21 km of mixed highway and about 6 red lights. Pretty impressive.

It's in my GLE400 and the most annoying feature ever. That start and stop is jerky and provides no real saving on fuel economy. The A/C shut off and requires an extra step to turn it back on and PITA on a hot day and yet, there's no way to permanently turn it off.

Sure buddy... do a google search for Mid-City Enginnering .. the clip-plug dohickey solves your personal stress issue with ECO start/stop.... or just hit the ECO button when you 1st start up and it will defeat for the balance of that trip..

Not a GLE but this morning my E63 ECO mode was on but car never turned off. I was Comfort mode. I also noticed a blue "P" indicator on the instrument panel that would come on when stopped at lights and at low speeds but turn off during higher speeds. Once I noticed a right pointing arrow next to that "P".

I find it incredibly smooth and zero jerkiness. As for fuel savings my engine was probably shut off for at least 10 minutes of sitting at lights and traffic this morning. What would that be in fuel savings? Maybe minimal but it adds up and seems satisfying to me from both financial and ecological standpoints.

You can turn it off at any mode, just sucks that you can't turn it off permanently and it is on by default on every mode.
