Anyone else pay attention to the Range ?
I have noticed that even when the range miles drops to 0 and no longer displays a number, it seems that I still tend to have around 1-1.5 gallons in the tank....just doing quick subtraction at the gas pump.
Just some observations, but I think it is good to know those types of characteristics of a vehicle just in case you ever got into a tight spot out on the road.

I do, however, pay very accurate attention to the MPG. I only look at the average since RESET. We are getting about 1 less MPG calculated vs. what is on the dash display. The display will show 17.5, and calculated will be 16.5 typically.
I use Fuelly.com to track all of this. It's a great tool, because it allows you to keep all of those records in one easy place, and see how you are doing overall, and compared to other people with the same vehicle...
stand alone mpg calcs are pretty good though. ron
