Android Auto, for car that has Apple CarPlay
Hello - I purchased a 2016 GLE350 recently (thanks to those who helped on other threads!). I think I made the right choice!
The GLE has Smartphone integration package (14U) and Apple Carplay (16U).
Does anyone know what it would take to add Android Auto support to the vehicle? Is there a part/component number I can use? I called the dealer and their parts and service folks don't have a clue!
PS: the car was first sold by the dealer in June of 2016, so I imagine it was made after the January 6 2016 date for support of these integrations.
