Hm.. I have a 2018 GLE400 (Canadian Model) and the Mercedesme App does nothing. Anyone have that? When I click on the car icon in the app, it is blank.

Mine is working... did yours work before? If so, uninstall the app and re-install. That fixes most problems!

Make sure the app is updated too. There have been occasional updates for my iPhone version usually stating bug fixes among other things. No rhyme or reason as to how long it takes to connect to the car either, but eventually mine does.

Uninstalled and re-installed - my app shows my car, but when I click on the vehicle icon, it is a blank screen. It’s the most recent version of the app so I am not sure what the issue could be.

The only issue with MidCity is that the cars with DAS4 require you to give up a key. So you either lose one of your fobs or have to purchase an extra for $500 on top of the expensive install.

Yes you need to purchase a key, mine was $175 at MB. And the install was about $400.
ALL WORTH IT!!! My MB starts anywhere and every time. I don’t worry about gas gauge, doors and windows can be unlocked or down. Lots of option including heated seats and rear defroster also turns on. Multiple run times and I can also schedule a start time from the dashboard.
ALL Worth it! You can kiss the high cost MBrace service goodbye.
