Permanently setting engine auto off switch
We just leased a 2019 GLE400 SUV. Much better acceleration than previous years. This is our 2nd GLE after leasing 3 ML's. We are finding the Auto off engine feature is a real pain having to turn it off every time we start the engine. I know there is a module that can be added my Porsche to allow the Sport mode to be ON every time the engine is turned off, then back on. Being in the Sport mode on the Porsche also turns off the Auto off engine switch. I have not installed one on the Porsche but would be very interested in getting one for my Wife's GLE if they exist. Any input would be appreciated.

www.smartstopstart.com has modules for GM, put one on my wife's 2918 Terrain Denali that doesn't even have a button (what B's) to turn it off but their module plugs right in and tricks the computer to deactivate it, it's worked perfectly for a year. Might see if they have anything for MB. Midcity doesn't show one for 19 but I'd email them and ask since they have prior years.

ODB Plug Additional Features
Here are two additional features I'd like to have added to this OBD plug. I just emailed Vladimir to see if he can add these.
- When using remote start via the Mercedes Me app, the engine turns off when you open the door. This defeats the whole purpose of using remote start and causes one to have to restart the engine. I'd like to have the OBD module programmed to keep the engine running?
- The 360 degree camera turns off once you reach a speed of 9 mph. This speed is too low, as the camera will turn off even while driving through a parking lot. I want to eliminate this speed limit? I don't necessarily want to drive at highway speeds with the camera on. But 9 mph is ridiculously slow.
