Does anyone know where I can get my hands on the field service manual for a 2016 GLE 350. I'm used to doing my own mods and repairs and I can't find one for this vehicle anywhere.

The Mercedes manuals are electronic. You can get bootleg copies from eBay and other sources. You'll want the WIS (Workshop Information System). WIS has the procedures for repair and maintenance operations you'll ned to do on your vehicle. Normally the applications also provide information for many other Mercedes vehicles and model years as well.
