So I just recently bought my first SUV - 2017 GLE400 4matic. I came from a 2015 E350 Sport. I definitely loving the size of this car and the fact that I can fit so much stuff. LOL. I haven't modded any of my Mercedes but I do plan on it. If anyone has any tips that they can pass my way I would really appreciate it.
Blue is my favorite color and this one certainly is a sharp one!
Not so much of a tip, and I don't know if all models have a similar feature, but I'd say to have the mirrors fold in when locking the doors. For me, it's a positive indication the doors are locked and they look way to expensive to fix should someone knock into them in parking lots. I found it curious that the manual also states to fold them in when going through a car wash as well.
Post what features your car has, I'm interested in how various options are regarded in consideration for possibly upgrading down the road. For instance, mine does not have the air suspension, but I'm mixed on whether I want it in the future or not given issues some have had with that option.
I have an 2015 ML 350 not the 400 but it has over 60,000 miles , still has original brakes and has been bullet proof so far. The 400 has nicer interior, ie stitch dash, aluminum pedals I think and I see you have the chrome hood vent.and door handles. Just enjoy it. Nice looking!
