I did my 2014 E350 through mbnavupdate, took a few days to get the USB drive. Once received, messaged through the mbnavupdate website to get the key code. Only took about 30 minutes to download the update with the car running. Pretty simple and saved $450 and a day at my local dealership.

I did it myself cost me half of mbnavupdate

- glad to hear. so far I’ve had mine free. So maybe next one 2022/23 will go that route

Yes, I used the online company’s Nav Update successfully. Took about 45 minutes after inputting the authorization code. No issues whatsoever. It’s the real deal. Did not impact my Command system, did not erase radio station presets. Only updated the Nav software.
