Inflation point? Maybe valve stem or the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitor System).

The tire was not seated properly. I'm wondering if they put the tire backwards. I have seen this happen to many times (Some tires has a direction rotation arrow stamped).

I am not sure about the tire but he removed it and install it with a marked point face where the TPMS is

this description sounds like a classic case of a tire being out of round... gets more noticable at higher speed as the tire warms up can get more noticable... especially if it started after new tires...I had this issue with a new set of tires and after the road force balance and alignment was checked, they found the out of round issue on one tire that solved the problem

My issue was resolve same as yours but I had it in 2 tires. Thanks for your input.

Your GLE 400 may have the lane keep option which I know vibrates the steering wheel when on a lane line but the seat shouldn't be vibrating.
