I want to sell or exchange near new tires.
I have 4 near new (2 weeks old) 265/40 r 21 Pirelli P Zero summer performance tires from my 2018 GLE 43 AMG SUV. I wish to sell them or exchange them for AS tires as I like to be able to go up north and off road at times. I'm located in Phoenix AZ.

I'm not sure an All Season tire will give you any more traction in bad conditions. All Season's incorporate too many compromises to be any good at anything.
I'd suggest that you look for Three Peaks and a Snowflake rated tires (Severe Service tested).
Take a look at Michelin CrossClimate of Nokian WRG3/4. Great handling and will do what you want.
I have a new AMG53 I'm about to pick up this week, which has All Seasons. I'm looking to replace them with All Weather (the new nomenclature for Severe Service tires) because All Seasons are worse. Your UHP summers will probably do better on trails and in the wet than an All Season.
Anybody want my All Seasons?

Mine has Nitto all seasons and they work very well in the snow here in Illinois. So much so that I didn't put the Nokians on it this Winter. As far as off-roading, I have no clue but I know a set of Coopers or Mickey Thompsons would look like hell on it.
