Here are some more picutures at dealer shop. I also did Kelly Book price check which is at 39K for the private party but I got from dealer at 40K which is not bad as it is MB certified.
I was at Weathertech Saturday buying new floormats. Some joker stole the passenger floor mat and one of the passenger wheel caps. The Weathertech floor mats are made in the USA in Bolingbrook, IL. The price is virtually the same as the MAXpider 3D and Weathertechs are USA products. They also have less expensive mats that are nice. They supply many of the OEM'S. Just to give you an idea of Weathertech, they have 15 buildings of approximately 2 million square feet. They make all their own dies on USA made machine tools from Haas Automation which also owns NASCAR and F1 teams. Micheal Schumacher's son drives on their F1 team and Tony Stewart is part owner of the NASCAR team.
I bought mine as certified in 2018 as mine was a dealer loaner. I had a 2017 GLE43 which was my favorite but cursed as well. I had four minor dings and decided the big one was next. It was Selenite Grey like yours. I sure do miss it.
The Maxpider's blow the WT's out of the water for coverage and feel. I prefer to buy made in the US too but the WT's mats do not go high enough in the footwell on either driver or passenger side to offer complete protection.
You can pretty much toss KBB out of the picture. There is too much noise in the market for them to be accurate. From what I've seen, the used MB's selling are typically far below KBB estimates so it tells me they are way off.
MB LED Star: I got quotes from my local MB on the led star emblem. The price of the star is 300, the module around 200, and the harness 150. OMG, it is super expensive. I was looking at this on eBay but as Bill Baird pointed out his led burned in a week. So considering the high cost of the genuine MB star I will give eBay a try https://www.ebay.com/itm/294200212680. I work in software IT, I have all sodering tools and techy so if LED burns I have small LED diodes or can get more from ebay. the eBay star will give me an idea of what kind of LEDs are used and can try to fix it with better LEDs if it burns out. Also, there are LED strips that I can insert. If nothing works I will then drop the idea. 650 + is too expensive for the MB emblum.

Just curious, how exactly do the Maxpiders feel? Are you comparing Maxpider's with WT FloorLiner (almost rigid foamy plastic) or their regular all-weather mats (soft rubber, like OE all-weather mats)?

I've had/have them both and there is no comparison. The Maxpider 3d's are the best all weather floor mat I've ever used. They look like something MB would put in a vehicle from the factory rather than some aftermarket plastic piece.
Thank you guys for the great suggestion on Mat butt I decided to go with this and on the top will place a clear mat to keep the look of the luxurious style. I will post pic in a separate post once I get it. Pic is not for the GLE SUV but will give you an idea of the mat. I will post actual in few weeks
Aston Martin Vantage, GLE 43 AMG, Volvo XC60, BMW X1 35i, Ram 1500, BMW Z4 35i

I had mats like this in my Aston Martin... they looked good for about 9 months, and I only drive the car 2500 miles a year on nice weekends...
hope they're more durable than mine were...(BTW, spent almost $400 just on two front and small trunk mats)

I have it for Honda Accord, 4 years without any issue. I am using clear matt on the top of it. I know they cannot be used in the east coast because snow/mud will ruin it. I live in Arizona where such issues are rare. Lets see
Washed engine and engine bay. Covered electric terminals. No issues. Note after washing I did not drove the car, it was 118 here so gave few hours to air dry.

Meguiar's car wash soap and used Harbor Freight pressure washer to generate foam. Then rinsed with flat jet spray ( not pointed one as it will destroy electric wires). Also used a cloth to manually dry and clean as much as I could. I used to have Lexus, E320, and present honda accord and CRV I washed the engine many times without any issue. As long as the computer terminal and other main connectors are covered it should be fine. Also should not drive the car at least for few hours ( depends on the weather) It was a hot and light windy day so a couple of hours under the Arizona sun bone dried it before driving.
