2016 GLE 300d AC Controller
Weird thing.. was driving down the road and pressed the MAX button to cool down the car and the fan just quit and the AC shutdown. Pressed several other buttons on the AC dashboard and decided to just turn it OFF for the moment.. About 5 minutes later, pressed the AC button and started getting cool air again. Nothing weird happened the rest of the 80 mile trip.. Drove the vehicle several days, then started to work today and the AC would not work.. turned off again, waited about 5 - 10 minutes and tried again.. Blower kicked in and the AC started cooling again. Would have suspected a fuse or something but now thinking it may be a controller board..
Any ideas?

You might have a problem with refrigerant charge.
Do proper troubleshooting as it takes about 90 seconds with good scanner.

The system has anti-icing sensor, who might malfunction ...
MB is using about a dozen of different sensors to operate the system.
Judging from coffee grinds has low hit ratio.
Get the scanner.
