2018 GLE 350 4matic with 30k Miles has Broke Axle
My 2018 GLE350 4matic has a front axel broke. It only has 30 k miles. WHY would this happen? Its out of warranty, just a few months over 4 yrs. DO I have any recourse with Mercedes?
The dealership also wants to replace my front brakes when they replace the axle, is this necessary?

MB has a history of little to no goodwill outside of warranty.
What reason or evidence did the dealer give you to replace the brakes?
