any way to set electric parking brake to be part way on?

I drove up and managed 3/4 way before my wheels start spinning.
I tried to back up, with pumping the brakes as ABC doesn't work on reverse, still my front wheels were not catching much of traction and I ended almost sideway.
In other vehicles in such situation I would engage parking brake at partial force, so the rear wheels would hold some of the braking, while I could control front ones.
But I never found a way if setting electric parking brake to partial force is possible.
Anybody figured it out?
Might be time to invest in a set of snow tires or cable chains if the parking brake technique doesn't work for you.

But when in normal driving front brakes are like 3-4 times stronger than the rear, when backing up on steep grade, the front doesn't have much weigh on it.
So cables, chains, or studded tires will not give you traction when you don't have pressure.
That forced me to seek different solution.
