Does this look like frame damage?

The damages on your car looks ugly because of it extend, but I don't seen penetration deep enough to suspect uniframe deformation.
Still takes pro to determinate such issues.
Good luck with your claim.
If you like the car and find no frame damage, you can buy it back from insurance if they total it.
To my estimate you need hood, front bumper, grill and headlights.
Having some time and patience, you can find those things cheap on ebay, or local junkyards.
I did such thing with our W163 years ago. The car after repair still lived in the family for additional 8 years and sold at 13 years of age, the record of total damage was no longer crucial.

I used the frame as an old school term. I understand they are unibody construction. 😀

W/o even looking for price parts, repair quote no less than 20K at typical car collision shops for insurance companies. Assuming parts, paint and basic labor, no repairs to anything bent.
Fingers crossed it is not totalled.

Then, it is up to the finishing quality of who is taking it apart and putting it together. Barring bents and electrical shorts, a good collision shop will leave it as good as new to the eye and driving. The CarFax, unfortunately, will have the record and then we know the rest of the story.

The support you mentioned goes from the left to right rail shown here, and you can see where is bolted. That is what I meant by new parts just bolted back.
Others here are concerned the frame rail itself may have bent, and that is a very valid concern since it must be "bent back" to the correct position. From the outside, I do not see it needs a new frame rail, but is it bent? Nearly impossible to tell w/o taking apart and measuring/comparing to specifications.

Done that on a Toyota, it worked for me.
A forum member in the UK similar situation, bought it back and it is enjoying it again
