GLE 400 W166 Tow Capacity and Specs
Can someone break down the technical drawing for an OEM Hitch (attached).... doe that mean the ball can extend no further than 10.5"?

I'm not sure I understand exactly what you're asking, but the drawing indicates the dimensions to which the numbers in the table apply.
