I have a 2018 Mercedes GLE 350, and the center controller touchpad is cracked. I ordered a replacement unit, which includes the entire control pad, not just the plastic piece on top. I managed to remove the entire center console—pretty straightforward with just two bolts in the front, two in the back, and a few wire connections to unplug. However, once I got the center console out, I couldn't figure out how to remove the touchpad from underneath. Does anyone have any advice on how to take it out? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
