You guys really using MB Summerfit/Winterfit for fluid?

You guys really using MB Summerfit/Winterfit for fluid?
Got a low washer fluid notice pop up. I thought, "No big deal, just going to go to walmart and pick up fluid for cold weather (I'm in Chicago)". Got in my car and had a silly thought that maybe this car needs some special windshield washer fluid. Googled, and Sure enough, apparently it does lol. Went right back inside the house and did some research. Apparently, people have been having issues with seals, or clogs and when switched to MB, it fixed itself. And then others that say they've been using whatever for years and no issues. It seems like as long as you stay away from the "rain-x" type stuff, we should be good? What's the consensus here? Do we use MB winterfit/summerfit or similar or any generic one is fine?

Whatever's cheap and outside on a big pallet in front of the grocery store is what goes in my car. No issues so far with any of my vehicles, mercedes or otherwise, over 45 years of driving so far.
I have noticed, at least on some other cars, that if the tank is allowed to go dry the seals and pumps will begin to fail. Keep 'em wet, keep the tanks at LEAST 1/4 full, just like a fuel tank. The pumps and seals will thank you.
Edited to add: RainX goes on the windshield, not in the tank. It doesn't matter what the gallon jug says. If it isn't blue, it doesn't belong in the windshield washer fluid tank.
