Seasonal Changeover

Hi all,

Been browsing ever since I got my 2019 coupe a few months ago and will need some community advice to make sure the coupe is taken care of.

I'm looking to do the seasonal changeover from winter tires to summers myself but wasn't sure if there is anything to look out for or if a DIY on these are risky. Is it just a regular swap like with any car? I suppose alignment wouldn't be needed considering both sets are Mercedes and they were balanced when it came with the car?

Thanks all.

Just switched over from winter tires 265/50R-20 YOKOHAMA ICEGUARD back to stock OEM 21" summer tires.

Took 40 mins by myself. Have a good quality floor jack or a lift. Clean wheels before removal. These wheels are heavy, invest in a wheel stud guide/alignment pin for removal and install for easy alignment. Keep track of rotation / location and store tires at 55lbs pressure and on their sides. Get a 4 tire stack cart from Summit Racing. Purchased a "take off set" of rims for winter tires, will also need a TPMS set for the winter rims.
