Hello to all
My first post please be kind
I am the new owner of a 2017 GLE 43 with less than 8k miles. Love the car!
My question is, why is my third brake light bleeding out. Is this typical? The vehicle only traveled 7,500 miles in four years. Can this be rectified? Will the dealer fix it?

Hello and thanks for responding.
I should have made it clearer. The red light is escaping its housing. I have a W164 with 180K miles and have had no such issues. I did not notice this until I drove after dark,
