Below I described the best I could my true story with Rallye dealer, mercedes headquarters and my problems with my new GLE53AMG car worth almost 100K
Let's think for second about our dream car, you want it to be perfect Mercedes that class, quality and more......
Is anybody was dealing with the same problems which I had and still in present day dealing with new headache almost every few days
After I pick up my brand new GLE53AMG from Rallye Mercedes on 03/03/21after over 4 months of waiting on the same day I spot passenger taillight show some condensation inside - first dealer response was "sometimes is normal, soon as you put light on will disappear" haha taillight !!! anyway they replaced it.
On the first weekend when I had a pleasure to drive out of the city on Sunday late pm, I spoted some scratches on both headlights ( that was the time when I saw them on first time ) I contact my dealer and I ask them if they can do something about that. After they polished them my beautiful new headlights were in worst condition as at the beginning but I spot something else, inside those headlights on lenses I find finger prints and more.
Dealer, to my satisfaction offer me full replacement of those headlights. Everything was set for thursday. That day I went to the garage and I couldn't start the car 48 Volt technology give up after 2 weeks and my brand new car had to be town away to the dealer.
After few days they let me know, the car is complete 48 Volt battery was replaced and BRAND NEW again headlight looks the same as old one and "COMPARE" to other cars they looks the same. After my visit I was trying to "compare" my new headlights with other cars so I asked them to show me the other cars.... they were very surprised and worst of them all they couldn't find anything like this one on lot. I refused those lights from the beginning and after replacement but after few emails and conversation with Mercedes headquarters they even rejected them ........ what you guys think?

but this is not the end of the story, that day when I went to pick up my car something else happened this time my excellent review dealer was trying to release my car like this like nothing happened
21" rim damage Thanks God the door was polished and there is no mark on it




Dealer as always was trying to explain all situations to clam me down, they told me my brand new rim...... will be fixed hahahaha .I started laughing
After 2 or 3 days maybe more I lost traction of time because my car was more at the dealer then in my garage, I received a phone call from general manager of service department Mr. Gary White and I was promise to received brand new rim soon as rim will arrived from Germany because repair wasn't successful and I can see a different.
We decides I will pick up my car and soon my rim arrived they will replace it, so I was driving from the dealer few day after when I pick up my car and.....boom .... new problem show up my climate control wasn't working at all "here we go again" come back to dealer in the same day I spend 5 HOURS in Raylle Mercedes that day
Again took them another few days to figure out what happened, I believe they messed up something with my programming but they blame kinked wire.......really?!
Last week brand new rim show up but I still didn't see it why?.......because my car is at the dealer and I find something extra for them the day before they pick up that car on thursday I spot something not normal with my 4 zones climate control. Soon as my kids bring air flow speed from 1 to 6 front grills start blowing much faster with out changing any configuration which again wasn't like this before. Dealer responded "this car has only one blower and we believe this has to work like that but we will working on it" hahahahahahahaha! For now they will drop my car tomorrow so I can enjoy it for few days!

All i can say is that i see condensation on brand new Mercedes at Brabus pretty often .. its disappointing at that price point but there is really not much to do about it ... for some reason my older MB dont have that issue lol
