It basically means your vehicle is ready to drive, it usually appears on electric vehicles where you don't feel or hear the motors starting up. In a 63 AMG however, I don't see the point of it especially how your car doesn't have the 48V hybrid system. (Edit: Thanks to OP for correcting me, the W167 GLE 63s does have a 48V mild hybrid system).

Actually, a 2021 GLE63S AMG does have a 48 volt hybrid system.
There's a Power / Charge gauge just to the right of the Ready light
True, I thought only the GLE 580 has it, thanks for correcting me.
There you go, you answered your own question. The Ready light is for the 48V hybrid system.
